By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood whatever has been listed, and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cancellation Policy: We are with you but if someone tries to misuse, here's how they will be legally bound. The use of services from WebPayServices constitutes agreement to these terms. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood whatever has been listed, and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Information Submitted: We need the correct information from you to serve you best. User name and Email ID provided by the user at the time of Signup should be true to his/her knowledge and the provided Email ID should be in working condition. All details are kept confidential for official use only. Purpose of the Email ID is to inform the user in case of any technical failure, downtime of the service, change in service, modification of working policy, and to maintain a two-way channel between the customers and the company for official communications. We maintain a record of IP addresses to track geographical location and prevent fraudulent activities.
Users can modify their personal information by logging in using their existing Email ID and password. Go to the profile page in your account and modify whatever you wish. Users choose WebPayServices voluntarily and may opt-out of future communications. Confirmation emails are sent on unsubscription to prevent accidental removal. By signing up, you provide opt-in consent to WebPayServices for receiving SMS, voice, email, and WhatsApp messages for authentication, promotional, and service-related purposes.
Service Usage: A legal agreement between us that lays out the terms and conditions for the use of all WebPayServices services. You agree to abide by all applicable laws. You are responsible for all acts under your account, including messages sent through the service. Any illegal use is strictly prohibited. Harassment, discriminatory content, spam, or misleading messages are not allowed. Intellectual property rights must be respected. You agree not to promote restricted content, collect information without consent, impersonate others, transmit viruses or interfere with networks. TEAM WebPayServices delivers SMS via major telecom operators and cannot guarantee delivery in all cases.
Limitations of Liability Disclaimer: Services are provided “as is.” Delivery times depend on network factors. We are not responsible for final delivery of messages or losses resulting from failed delivery. Messages may be discarded by Mobile Network Operators if undeliverable. Use of the service and Internet is at your own risk. WebPayServices disclaims all express or implied warranties. You agree to indemnify us for third-party claims. The above provisions benefit Team WebPayServices and affiliates directly.
Modification of Terms: We may update, modify, and improve the service and terms. You are responsible for reviewing the agreement periodically. If there is a conflict between specific terms and general terms, the specific terms prevail.
Termination: Breach of terms may result in suspension, termination, or cancellation. You remain responsible for obligations accrued before termination. Payment and other obligations continue despite suspension. You may terminate at any time by informing us via email. Account credits will cease after termination.
Terms and prices may change according to TRAI rules or other reasons. Services are operated by WebPayServices,
